MONKEY BREAD....and COSY LITTLE TOES

Well just take a look at this! They have been out for about a week now, but I have only just managed to take a photo. I love these first signs that Spring is not so far away. We have bulbs shooting too! Hooray!

I knuckled down on Monday and Tuesday evenings this week to complete my Monkey Bread Infinity Scarf. I LOVE it!

It didn't even get a blocking, as I just HAD to wear it; not very elegantly in the photo....... I was just too desperate to get it on! It is just the warmest thing to ever have around your neck. Just what is needed for the horrid English weather that we are experiencing at the moment.

My pal Josiekitten made two pairs of these cute little socks for baby Evie. Evie and her mum (my eldest daughter) bot agree that they are the cosiest baby footwear ever and the most fun! The ribbing does indeed stop the little socks from slipping off those cute little baby toes.  I just had to make some more, as the gorgeous 'My First Regia' yarn comes in so many pretty colours; patterned as well as plain. The pattern is 'Cozy Little Toes' here. Aren't they cute?

School has been 'hell' this week, so it was pleasant light relief to spend last evening at the theatre. Mr Snoops was keen to see Dame Edna Everidge in his show 'Eat, Pray, Laugh!', although I was less so. However, it turned out to be absolutely hilarious! Just what was needed.

Looking forward to run down to half-term, although I have lots of assessments to do and two parent's evenings. At the end though, is the carrot of a heavenly week off and a visit from baby Evie. Can't wait!
