LOVING THE STRIPES......AND THE SUN!

Just look at the fabulousness of these stripy little wonders! They are so close to being complete, even though they are being made on teeny tiny 2.25mm needles. I introduced the yarn and pattern to you a couple of weeks ago. I have to say, it is pretty addictive knitting. Loving it! With any luck they'll be done this week; ready to brighten up my tootsies. At present though, woolly socks are definitely not required, as it's been gloriously warm.

The Nofolk and Norwich Festival  is taking place in and around our lovely city at the moment and we've been out and about soaking up the atmosphere. We watched a performance by Northern Ballet last night, which was magical and today have spent time around the Spiegeltent in our city centre park, listening to music, watching curious acts and generally soaking up the atmosphere and the sunshine. Wonderful!
